All advertised prices for new vehicles reflect the dealer's good-faith estimate of the lowest available price, inclusive of all applicable manufacturer rebates and incentives that may be available at the time of advertisement, when available, and subject to manufacturer-defined eligibility requirements. Such incentives may require qualification under specific programs, including but not limited to manufacturer captive financing, current vehicle ownership or lease, residency requirements, military, first responder, conquest, loyalty, or other conditional programs. Not all consumers will qualify for all incentives.

Advertised prices exclude Illinois sales tax, title, license, registration fees, dealer documentation fee, and any dealer-installed accessories, aftermarket products, or optional services, unless expressly stated.

All pricing is subject to verification by the dealer and final approval by dealership management. Dealer reserves the right to verify eligibility for all incentives prior to consummation of sale. Failure to qualify for advertised incentives will result in a price adjustment consistent with manufacturer program requirements.

No advertised price constitutes a binding offer until reduced to a written, signed retail installment sales contract.
